Cheng Zhenguo
Cheng Zhenguo (1946.2-) is from Linqu, Shandong Province, with the courtesy name Ruochi, and is skilled in Chinese painting. He studied under Mr. Liang Shunian, Guo Beiluan, and Bai Xueshi, specializing in landscape painting. He is currently a director of the China Artists Association, Vice Chairman of the Beijing Artists Association, Director of the Beijing Federation of Literary and Art Circles, a member of the Art Committee of the Beijing Artists Association, and Vice President of the Beijing Haidian Painting and Calligraphy Academy.

Liu Xuanrang
Liu Xuanrang (1954.3— ) is from Wugong, Shaanxi Province. His pen name is Liu Xuan. In 1975, he enlisted in the military and engaged in artwork in the Urumqi Military Region. In 1980, he studied at the Chinese Painting Department of the Xi'an Academy of Fine Arts and graduated from the PLA Academy of Arts in 1985. In 1991, he graduated from the Master's program in the Chinese Painting Department of Xi'an Academy of Fine Arts and stayed on as a teacher. In 2004, he became a research fellow at the Chinese Academy of Arts, Director of the Graduate Course Teaching Department, professor, and graduate supervisor. He is the executive Director and deputy secretary-general of the Chinese Gongbi Painting Society, Director of the Chinese Gongbi Painting Society Exhibition, and a member of the Chinese Artists Association.

He currently serves as a director of the Chinese Artists Association, Dean of the Shandong Academy of Painting, Vice Chairman of the Shandong Provincial Federation of Literary and Art Circles, Executive Vice Chairman of the Shandong Provincial Artists Association, member of the Standing Committee of the Shandong Provincial Political Consultative Conference, Central Committee member of the Revolutionary Committee of the Chinese Kuomintang, Deputy Chairman of the Shandong Provincial Committee of the Revolutionary Committee of the Chinese Kuomintang, specially-appointed researcher at the Chinese Academy of Arts under the Ministry of Culture, and a national first-class artist.
