Brief Introduction of the China Association for the Promotion
of Painting and Calligraphy Culture Development (CAPPCCD)
Founded in late 2012, the China Association for the Promotion of Painting and Calligraphy Culture Development (CAPPCCD) is a national calligraphy and painting cultural organization approved by the State Council at its executive meeting and officially registered with the Ministry of Civil Affairs.
The Association was formally established in Beijing on June 24, 2013.
The composition of the CAPPCCD:
The Association is composed of five categories of voluntary members, including famous calligraphy and painting artists at home and abroad, scholars of Chinese calligraphy and painting culture, science and technology, finance and other related cultures, art colleges and research institutions of calligraphy and painting culture, practitioners of calligraphy and painting culture industry, and enthusiasts of calligraphy and painting culture. It is a national industry association dedicated to promoting the prosperity and development of Chinese calligraphy and painting culture.
Guideline / Principle
The guidelines / Principle of the CAPPCCD is "Artistic Imagery, Progressive Development, Cultural Enlightenment, CPC leadership"/"Picturing Art, Shaping Growth, Educating through Culture, Strengthening with the leadership of the CPC"/ "Art Depicts, Progress Shapes, Culture Educates, CPC Leads."

Development Goal
The development goal of the CAPPCCD is to build a home for its members, the stakeholders of Chinese calligraphy and painting culture, so as to make due contributions to making the nation stronger and greater and to developing and revitalizing the nation.

The purpose of the CAPPCCD is for the nation, society, industry, and members.
Working Principle
The working principles of the CAPPCCD are to highlight the industry's characteristics, pay attention to the urgent needs / top priorities of the industry, strengthen the industry's self-discipline, focus on industry standards, innovate the industry model, improve industry services, expand the industry's influence, and promote the industry's development.
The core business of the CAPPCCD:
1. Intellectual property protection: authentication, evaluation, and financial system construction of copyright and digital copyright of Chinese painting and calligraphy works;
2. Cultural and ideological propaganda of calligraphy and painting: construction of cultural and ideological propaganda system of Chinese calligraphy and painting;
3. Development of the calligraphy and painting culture industry: construction of the Chinese calligraphy and painting culture industry system. (Including the development of "two academies" calligraphy and painting culture research, calligraphy and painting Art Chain, and three demonstration base construction);
4. Cultural and artistic creation of calligraphy and painting: the creation of classical works of Chinese calligraphy and painting in the new era, the study of artistic theory, and the mutual learning of civilizations;
